  • Represent general contractors, architects, and engineers with regard to negotiating Agreements to Complete and other bank financing documents
  • Advise 8(a) construction contractors, Veteran-owned companies, HUBZone businesses in negotiating joint venture and construction teaming agreements and advise clients with regard to contract issues
